Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts during peak production periods, transitioning to 8-hour shifts later in the year.

Compensation: Competitive pay rates up to $27/hr, with an additional $3/hr shift premium for evening shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight:
    • Manage and operate vinegar production machinery, including fermenters and bottling systems.
    • Adjust machinery settings to optimize product quality and production efficiency.
    • Adhere to production timelines to achieve output goals.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct routine quality assessments on vinegar products, focusing on pH, acidity, and flavor.
    • Document and analyze production data to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
    • Report any quality discrepancies to the Production Supervisor.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    • Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to ensure peak performance.
    • Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, coordinating repairs as necessary.
    • Keep detailed records of maintenance activities.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    • Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Engage in safety training and initiatives.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate production logs and records.
    • Prepare reports on production performance and quality control activities.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of production processes and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is advantageous.
  • Experience in food manufacturing or production settings.
  • Strong knowledge of fermentation processes and quality control methods.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Effective communication skills with the capacity to follow instructions.

  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
