Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager to define product specifications and requirements.
- Support the creation of product items and related content, including parts and accessories.
- Work with the Marketing team to ensure that products, parts, and marketing materials comply with brand and advertising guidelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including specifications and project workbooks.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Prepare and participate in meetings and presentations, contributing insights and updates as needed.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of digital, retail, brand, channel sales and/or marketing background.
- Experience working with online and other retailers like Amazon.com, Lowe's and The Home Depot.
- Strong client services experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy; ability to multitask.
Education/Certification
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. / B.S.) in business management from a 4 year college or university; or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
