**Job Summary**

This role is responsible for leading the production team and ensuring the efficient operation of equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will have a high level of knowledge of equipment and processes and be willing to learn and adapt to new developments. Key responsibilities include achieving daily and weekly production goals, acting as the first point of contact for problems, and ensuring operators are performing tasks in accordance with SOPs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and performing preventive maintenance activities and unplanned repairs, stressing safety at all times, and ensuring work areas are clean and well-organized.
