Retail Product Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Product Specialist to join our team at Skechers U.S.A. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Act as a product expert, serving as a brand ambassador for all things Skechers, and guiding customers to the right product selection.
- Ensure floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a premier shopping experience for customers.
- Efficiently process customer transactions, discounts, and returns, while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Skechers' product knowledge and trends.
- Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
