We are currently seeking a Senior ESOP Administrator.
The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of ESOPs and a strong commitment to client service. As a Senior ESOP Administrator, your responsibilities will encompass all facets of engagement management, including:
- Recordkeeping
- Compliance testing
- Distributions
- Regulatory reporting

Key Qualifications:
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and time management skills.
- Self-driven and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a diverse caseload of complex ESOP clients.
- Proficient in interpreting documents and resolving technical issues.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours during peak periods.
Educational and Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics is required.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in ESOP administration, including compliance testing such as 409(p) testing.
- Strong technical expertise in ESOPs and other qualified retirement plans.
- Possession or pursuit of QPA or QKA certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in ESOP plan review is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
