Cardiovascular Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Cardiovascular team at St. Marys Hospital in Waterbury, Connecticut.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide medical and surgical advanced practitioner support with assessments, procedures, and interventions.
- Conduct follow-up consultations, develop discharge summaries, and provide transitional care management for congestive heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and arrhythmia patients.
- Demonstrate experience with acute myocardial infarction, intra-aortic balloon pump, impeller, postoperative bypass, and valve replacement procedures.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, electrophysiologists, and nurses to deliver comprehensive care.
