Compensation and Benefits:
As a Dentist with Delta Companies, you will receive a guaranteed salary of $185,000+ per year, along with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Additionally, you will be eligible for student loan assistance through the National Health Service Corps and participate in the IMRF Retirement Plan. You will also enjoy 10 weeks of time off per year, equivalent to 51 days of paid vacation.

Responsibilities and Facility Details:
As a Dentist with Delta Companies, you will be responsible for providing general dentistry services in a Federally Qualified Health Center. You will work alongside hygienists and dental assistants to provide high-quality care to patients. Your daily patient load will be approximately 10-15 patients, and you will utilize the electronic medical record system, eClinicalWorks.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you must be board certified or board eligible in dentistry. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment will be essential in providing exceptional patient care.
