Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safety-first mindset, actively promoting and driving safety initiatives within the workplace.

  • Assist in the rigging, installation, repair, and upkeep of various production equipment, including the fabrication and installation of machine guarding and fixtures.
  • Possess mechanical expertise in the design and installation of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding/brazing, and operation of milling machines and lathes.
  • Be available for on-call support to ensure operational continuity.
  • Commit to ongoing skill development to adapt to the evolving needs of the operation.

  • Experience with PLC systems
