Tensioner Technician I

The Tensioner Technician I will maintain the basic daily operation of the primary tensioner machine(s). This position will ensure the machine is making a quality part while meeting the desired productivity rate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain tensioner machining equipment, including tooling adjustment, presetting, and preventative maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Maintain quality of the parts produced, adhering to industry standards.
- Ability to inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret small quality testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes.
- Ability to read and understand part prints.
- Ability to operate multiple lines efficiently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Zero to two years of related experience.
- Basic computer skills and experience with 5S practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed.
