Special Education Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team in New Hampshire. In this full-time role, you will provide individualized instruction and support to students with diverse needs.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of special education experience and hold the required certification for the state of New Hampshire. They will be responsible for developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and collaborating with families, staff, and students to ensure academic and social-emotional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver customized IEPs to meet each student's unique needs.
  • Work in partnership with families, educators, and specialists to support student success.
  • Use differentiated teaching strategies to engage and empower diverse learners.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and growth.
