Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Hampton Inn Marlborough. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, complete check-in/check-out procedures, and obtain relevant information through our Property Management System.
- Take reservations from incoming callers, inputting all information into our hotel management system, and update or cancel reservations as requested by guests.
- Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
- Identify guest needs and provide relevant information about hotel services and amenities to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Hilton experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Computer knowledge, including intranet, Property Management System, WORD, and EXCEL, is strongly preferred.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history subject to company approval.
