Job Summary
New England Cryogenic Center, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Operations Coordinator to support multiple departments: operations, sales, and billing. This role involves providing quality service to existing customers with account questions across various business lines, fielding inquiries by phone, email, or chat, and supporting sales staff with post-sale activities.

About the Role
The Customer Service Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Providing prompt and informative service to potential customers regarding business offerings, pricing, and contracts.
  • Supporting sales staff with kit mailing, production, and contract follow-up.
  • Escalating issues as needed to management and documenting customer interactions in correct systems.
  • Preparing information packets, brochures, letters, and labels for mailings.
  • Scheduling pick-ups for various business lines while adhering to SOPs and escalating through reporting line any issues and/or communicating to affected teams for delays.

What You'll Bring
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma, business certificate, or associate degree.
  • At least two years of telephone customer service experience in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with medical services operations.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly desirable.

Salary Range
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000-$65,000 annually, depending on experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm with occasional rotating coverage for evening and weekend emergency customer service issues.
