Position OverviewThe Janitorial Account Manager will oversee the management of janitorial staff and operations within a designated area. This role includes direct supervision of cleaning personnel, project management for floor care tasks, and collaboration with various departments including Human Resources, Recruitment, and Customer Service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supervising janitorial staff and ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Assisting in training programs and project scheduling.
- Managing account budgets and contributing to overall account management.
- Coordinating with the VP of Operations on special projects and initiatives.
This position primarily operates during mid-shift hours, typically from 10 AM to 9 PM, with a weekly commitment of 45-50 hours. Flexibility is required to accommodate earlier or later shifts and occasional weekend work.
CompensationThe salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000, commensurate with experience.
QualificationsApplicants must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in janitorial management, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background.
