Position Summary: The Manufacturing Process Specialist will spearhead and assist in continuous enhancement initiatives related to both new and existing products, as well as current and newly developed processes. Ensure that products and components are manufactured in accordance with established quality standards. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to processes. Support efforts to establish and uphold quality assurance methods, programs, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives for new products and processes.
  • Maintain existing processes and devise new methodologies to enhance yields, efficiency, and product quality.
  • Oversee process and product quality to ensure compliance with specifications and that processes operate within set parameters.
  • Identify process modifications to enhance capability.
  • Conduct trials and pilot programs to implement new products and process modifications.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to present findings.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to the role, including documentation of trials, etc.
  • Complete process studies and recommend control systems and targets.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering-related field.
  • Quality-related courses or certifications preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process design, problem-solving/engineering, and/or Quality is required.
  • Experience in golf ball manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
