Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Educational Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with grade-level teams to implement best practices, support student success, and contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with grade-level teams to develop and implement effective instructional strategies and support student learning.
  • Assist teachers in planning and preparing lessons, assessments, and other educational materials.
  • Provide individualized support to students, including tutoring and mentoring, to help them achieve academic success.
  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and projects to promote student engagement and academic achievement.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive school environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Desire to develop expertise in the classroom and pursue a career in education.
  • Pursuing pathway to teaching certification.
