Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients upon arrival
  • Manage incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments for new patients
  • Ensure patient attendance for scheduled appointments
  • Process patient payments
  • Maintain call logs
  • Conduct new patient intake and communication
  • Prepare weekly reports
  • Verify insurance benefits
  • Explain benefits to newly evaluated patients
  • Facilitate the enrollment process for patients
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Handle patient billing and ensure accurate collection of patient responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Keep the front office and waiting area tidy
