Team Supervisor

The Team Supervisor plays a vital role in the success of Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint by assisting in the daily management of operations.
This position is responsible for overseeing the restaurant's operations in the absence of upper management, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and guiding team members.
The Team Supervisor also addresses issues with team members, suppliers, and guests directly, escalating matters to upper management when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership during assigned shifts.
- Create a positive experience and atmosphere for both team members and guests.
- Manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) responsibilities, including staff scheduling to minimize overtime and control daily labor costs as directed by management.
- Monitor service speed to ensure a favorable guest experience.- Address guest feedback and complaints effectively.
- Supervise daily operations to uphold company standards, product quality, and cleanliness.
- Assist in the continuous training of team members, including onboarding new hires and reinforcing existing staff on company procedures and processes.
- Conduct line checks as needed.- Enforce uniform policies and standards.
- Ensure adherence to cash handling procedures.
- Open and close the establishment in the absence of upper management.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in the food service industry; supervisory experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and physically demanding environment.
- Ability to spend 90% of working time standing.
- Ability to spend 10% of working time sitting.
- Required to utilize all sensory capabilities such as vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking.
- Must be capable of physical activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, handling, hand flexibility, reaching, squatting, crawling, lifting, climbing, and stooping.
