- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel.
- Conduct regular safety audits to ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery and equipment maintenance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
