Become part of a flourishing private practice that provides care to patients in skilled nursing facilities across Colorado. This position allows physicians to focus on their primary role of patient care, with the administrative tasks managed by the staff. You will have the freedom to manage your patients as you see fit, enjoying a level of autonomy that is rare in many practices today. The group is actively seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Adult or Geriatric Psychiatrist physicians for various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver psychiatric care to geriatric patients in skilled nursing environments.
  2. Manage an average caseload of 16 patients daily.
  3. Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and facility administration.
  4. Provide telephone consultations to fellow providers within the group.
  5. Educate and mentor non-psychiatric providers.
Position Highlights:
  1. Attractive base salary with bonus potential: $250K-$300K.
  2. Comprehensive benefits package including paid malpractice insurance, CME, and 20 days of PTO.
  3. Flexible work schedule, Monday through Friday.
