We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Peer Counselor to join our team at Project Renewal. As a Peer Counselor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges.

### Key Responsibilities

* Escort clients to medical appointments, benefits appointments, and other essential services
* Conduct home visits and provide support with daily activities, such as grocery shopping and money management
* Facilitate groups and provide individualized support to clients
* Conduct bi-annual housing inspections and identify potential new housing units
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation
* Participate in staff and team meetings, and in-service training

### Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent and experience working with homeless populations required
* Strong time management and writing skills
* Spanish Fluency preferred
* Valid Driver's License is a plus
