Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Pathologist to join our team at Arlington Public Schools. As a Speech and Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic services to students with a wide range of speech and language disorders and delays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students in grades K-5
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations and implement treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and other school staff to develop effective therapy plans that integrate with students' programs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences to ensure student progress and goals are met
  • Develop and maintain thorough records of student progress and services provided
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, with Master's degree preferred
  • MA certification in Speech and Language
  • Ability to provide a variety of services and complete assessments
