OWLS Therapy LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide exceptional therapy services to children in various settings.

As a specialized private practice, OWLS Therapy offers speech language therapy in the comfort of clients' homes and educational institutions across Northern Virginia, primarily focusing on Alexandria and Arlington. We prioritize the well-being of our therapists, believing that their happiness translates into positive outcomes for our clients.


Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions lasting 30, 45, or 60 minutes at clients' locations.
  • Provide guidance to parents and caregivers on strategies and activities to reinforce skill development.
  • Perform comprehensive evaluations and create tailored care plans to enhance each child's abilities.
  • Document therapy sessions with clear and detailed notes.

Position Requirements:
  • Availability for 20-25 hours per week of direct therapy (Monday-Thursday, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions and evaluations).
  • Willingness to work during after-school hours (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM).
  • Possession of a valid Virginia license from the Board of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification from ASHA (CCC's required; clinical fellowship candidates will not be considered).
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel to clients' homes and schools.
