We are currently seeking a

Healthcare Services Representative

to join our dynamic team in the

Metro Detroit

region.

As a Healthcare Services Representative, you will be expected to uphold our high standards of service, focusing on education and relationship-building with both patients and healthcare providers.

The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, a positive outlook, and a proven track record of teamwork and collaboration.

Your role will involve close interaction with the leadership team, including the Owner, Clinic Director, and Internal Marketing Director, as well as other representatives to foster and sustain relationships with healthcare providers and their staff.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage and network with healthcare providers, office personnel, and the local community to promote our services.
2. Identify and cultivate potential referral sources, educating them about our offerings, specialists, and operational processes.
3. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral sources.
4. Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about our services, specialties, and operational procedures.

5. Attend strategic meetings to remain updated on new initiatives, services, and promotional campaigns, while contributing ideas for growth.

6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of PT Recruiters, our services, treatment methodologies, and competitive landscape.

7. Set and achieve personal and professional performance objectives related to patient referrals and service growth.

8. Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Department to create social media initiatives that align with external marketing strategies.

9. Communicate effectively with clinicians and fellow representatives to meet clinic and organizational goals, maximizing marketing efforts.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least one year of direct sales or marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Proficient in social media management and platforms.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication abilities, with a focus on understanding the needs of others in a sales or marketing context.
- Background in Physical Therapy or healthcare is advantageous.

- Exceptional presentation skills and the capacity to analyze and convey information effectively to groups of healthcare professionals.
