Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at ABB. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Transportation and Industrial OEM market segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a market plan to secure ABB ELIP products as the preferred solution for our customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including end-user customers and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver winning value propositions to penetrate and win market share within the target segments.
  • Provide market intelligence to support the identification and development of new opportunities and channels.

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, engineering, or related fields required.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical specification/product marketing in the electrical industry, preferably in the Transportation & Industrial OEM markets.
  • Track record of new customer/business development.
  • Ability to develop an understanding of the product portfolio and how it is applied to the market segment.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
