In this role, you will be an integral part of our account management team, working closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored solutions to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Build trust-based relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
* Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive client growth and engagement
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
* Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital agency
* Proven ability to act as a trusted partner and consultant to Director and C-Level executives
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, websites, and SEO
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to adapt to new situations, solve problems on the fly, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
