We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursing Professional Practice Coordinator RN to join our team at Henrico Doctors' Hospital Forest. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a vital role in promoting high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting the development of our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Chief Nursing Officer in obtaining, compiling, and disseminating data related to clinical services.
  • Coordinate communication forums to share data and promote engagement among nursing staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain clinical staff.
  • Provide support for mentorship programs and actively partner with Clinical Education to increase certification and educational levels among clinical staff.
  • Maintain governance protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and HCA internal policies.
  • Develop and present comprehensive plans to improve care experience and maintain quality initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of RN experience required.
  • Prior leadership experience or experience leading change initiatives preferred.
  • Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program required.
  • BSN and/or Master's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • BLS, PALS, and ACLS required.
