You will be instrumental in executing strategies, planning, and implementing maintenance for industrial chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise preventative maintenance, conduct repairs, and fabricate components for manufacturing and electrical systems.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures using root-cause analysis.

• Manage PLC operations and troubleshoot across various platforms.

• Install new machinery and upgrade existing equipment.

• Maintain an inventory of spare parts for all machinery.

• Enhance automation and control systems.

• Oversee equipment startups, shutdowns, and maintenance tasks.

• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the maintenance area.

• Develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all machinery.

• Respond to emergencies outside of regular working hours.

• Participate in daily production planning and operations to identify areas for improvement.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a proactive attitude.

• Previous experience in a startup and manufacturing setting.

• Associate's or vocational degree in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, or Automation.

• Motivated individual seeking career growth.

• Expertise in PLC systems.

• Proficient in Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatics, Plumbing, and Metalworking, with a preference for Welding experience.

• Knowledge of 5S principles and accountability for workspace organization.

• Proficient with hand and power tools.

• Computer application proficiency.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Preferred:

• 5-8 years of experience in bottling, chemical manufacturing, or related operations, engineering, and maintenance.

• Familiarity with predictive maintenance technologies.

• Flexibility to work outside regular hours.

• Certification in using a scissor lift or forklift.

• Certification in NIMS Electrical Systems and Pneumatics.
