KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and waxing of various floor surfaces.
  • Utilize machinery for deep cleaning of carpets.
  • Maintain cleanliness of walls, vents, screens, furniture, drinking fountains, light fixtures, window treatments, brass, and other interior elements.
  • Wash both interior and exterior windows and glass doors.
  • Keep entryways tidy, manage exterior cigarette receptacles, and empty trash bins near building entrances.
  • Sanitize restrooms, including sinks and toilets, while restocking necessary supplies.
  • Replace accessible interior light bulbs safely.
  • Complete maintenance requests to inform management of repair needs.
  • Clear snow and ice, applying salt or ice-melting agents in designated areas as required.
  • Organize and maintain custodial storage areas as necessary.
  • Assist in moving and setting up furniture and equipment for special events as directed.
  • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to read, write, and understand instructions at a level suitable for the role.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Capability to collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Must pass a clear criminal background check.
