Position Overview:
Auro Hotels is looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to support our operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in business development activities to enhance hotel visibility and client engagement.
- Formulate and implement a strategic action plan, reviewing and updating it regularly.
- Identify and pursue business leads, ensuring thorough follow-up.

Client Relations:
- Establish strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns effectively.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel offerings to potential clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Negotiation and Revenue Management:
- Skillfully negotiate rates to optimize revenue while maintaining client satisfaction.
- Employ effective revenue management strategies, particularly during low occupancy periods.

Event Coordination:
- Collaborate with clients to finalize event details, including attendance numbers and service requirements.
- Ensure all departments are informed of arrangements to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- A solid understanding of sales techniques, catering operations, and guest relations is essential.
- Previous experience in hotel sales management is preferred, with a focus on leadership roles.

Education:
- A college degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience in hotel sales is highly valued.
- Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish are advantageous.
