Job Overview

Cleaver-Brooks Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to take on the role of Marketing Communications Coordinator. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and coordinating a wide range of marketing activities, including graphic design, content development, social media management, event organization, advertising strategies, corporate communications, promotional initiatives, and market research.

Location: Thomasville, GA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing graphic design projects.
  • Coordinating and managing marketing campaigns across various social media channels.
  • Upholding brand standards across all marketing materials in accordance with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborating with marketing communications specialists to produce, approve, and distribute marketing collateral.
  • Overseeing the tradeshow and event calendar, assisting in event logistics and related marketing materials.
  • Managing internal and external communications, contributing to content creation.
  • Working with vendors to obtain quotes, set production timelines, and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Supporting lead generation and sales funnel activities through CRM and marketing automation tools.
  • Assisting with other strategic marketing projects and providing support to the Director of Marketing and team members as required.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Creative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities; public speaking experience is a plus.
  • Solid computer skills with a strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms in a marketing context.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, such as Salesforce and Pardot, is preferred.
Travel:

Occasional travel may be necessary.

Working Environment:

This role may involve working in a physical plant environment, where safety precautions are essential. Some conditions may be challenging but are typically of short duration.
