Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
- Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
- Greeting patients and providing a warm and welcoming experience
- Entering data into the electronic medical record system
- Handling authorization and referrals
- Performing basic clerical tasks
Previous medical office and customer service experience is preferred but not required. A college degree is not necessary, but those with a degree are encouraged to apply. The position is Monday through Friday, during daytime office hours, with no holidays. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
