Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Office Receptionist / Audiology Assistant to join our team at Pittsburgh Ear Associates PC. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phones and responding to patient inquiries
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the calendar
  • Greeting patients and providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Entering data into the electronic medical record system
  • Handling authorization and referrals
  • Performing basic clerical tasks

Previous medical office and customer service experience is preferred but not required. A college degree is not necessary, but those with a degree are encouraged to apply. The position is Monday through Friday, during daytime office hours, with no holidays. We offer a competitive salary and benefit package.
