Medical Office Assistant

The Medical Office Assistant will provide support to the medical office in duties that promote patient care and related tasks and procedures as directed by clinicians and nurses. This includes assisting with duties such as telephone operations, front-reception window, and check-out, as well as immunization verification procedures.
Responsibilities:
Assist with direct patient care, including triage, vitals, rooming, point-of-care testing, and laboratory testing.
Perform front office duties, including incoming and outgoing phone calls.
Contact patients regarding lab results, follow-up, and referrals.
Requirements:
Associate's degree from an accredited institution.
3-5 years of work experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work varying shifts throughout the week between 7:30a-6p.
