About the Role

Avesta Housing is seeking a Personal Support Specialist to join our team at 75 State Street, a nonprofit senior community offering a continuum of care. As a Personal Support Specialist, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, including personal care, assistance with activities of daily living, and instrumental activities of daily living.

  • Excellent judgment and a caring attitude
  • Detail-oriented and good communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with others
  • A valid PSS license and experience working with residents in a personal care environment
  • Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements
