At Attic Projects, we're seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top talent for non-management positions within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and screen applications to ensure the highest quality candidates are presented to hiring managers.
- Support the candidate interview process, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Develop and implement effective interview procedures and kits, integrating them into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage job descriptions in the ATS and job boards, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Implement innovative candidate sourcing techniques and strategies to cultivate a strong talent pipeline.
- Build and maintain a prospect pipeline for future opportunities, ensuring a steady supply of top talent.
- Maintain and update templates in various platforms, including email, social media, and the ATS.
- Consolidate information and extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Represent Talent Acquisition at meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Analyze recruitment data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, and providing actionable insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
- Assist in performing labor category (LCAT) equivalent analysis and compensation studies, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 1-2 years of in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with experience interviewing sales or corporate positions.
- Strong skills in sourcing candidates and building pipelines, with a proven track record of success.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred), Google Suite, hiring platforms (Indeed, Ziprecruiter preferred), and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and organizational efficiency.
