Key Responsibilities:- Apply incident management processes based on PD 9500 and hospital policy
- Manage and maintain databases used in processing of Special Incidents
- Enter and track data related to Special Incidents
- Research and analyze data to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and implement data collection strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Basic understanding of incident management processes and definitions
- Knowledge of databases used in processing of Special Incidents
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment and be required to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The position requires strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
