Job Summary

The Account Manager will lead all B2B sales efforts for a defined territory, coordinating with healthcare professionals, employer groups, and payor source customers to demonstrate the value of Rezolut's imaging services. This individual will walk the customer through all phases of the sales cycle while closely coordinating with Rezolut staff to ensure successful experiences with Rezolut imaging.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish relationships with business development leads and customers, including healthcare providers, care management groups, employers, and payors.
  • Presents proposals, wins signed contracts, and ensures execution of new mobile imaging events or provider agreements.
  • Maintains customers to ensure recurring business deals with appropriate customers.
  • Applies sound analysis and judgement to accurately prioritize and project the value of any business agreements.
  • Educates customers on the components and value of imaging and wellness services.
  • Communicates frequently with each customer to ensure that the expectations of customers and the needs of patients are being met.
  • Assists in identifying and resolving any issues related to dissatisfaction or problems with customer experiences regarding services provided by Rezolut.
  • Continually identifies and evaluates any barriers to business growth and advises management of potential solutions.
  • Serves as Rezolut's representative in the community to promote a positive image of Rezolut and to promote interest in Rezolut's services.
  • Uses CRM system to document customer contacts, track deals, and report against KPI's.
Requirements
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, experience and knowledge of the radiology field, and at least 10 years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years of demonstrated success in Business to Business sales in healthcare, health information, or employee benefits markets.
  • Required: A minimum of 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience, High School diploma or equivalent degree, and working knowledge of healthcare systems as well as medical billing and payment processes.
