Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products, to meet their goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with customers throughout the loan process, ensuring a clear understanding of the terms and conditions of their loan.
  • Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow our business.
  • Learn and utilize credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to effectively manage the loan life cycle.
  • Manage collections activities, complying with all laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
What We Offer

At OneMain Financial, we offer a competitive salary range of $21.00-$24.50, based on skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program based on individual and company performance.
