Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in empowering customers to achieve their financial goals by providing access to responsible and affordable financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle.
- Present financial solutions that meet customers' needs and goals, including debt consolidation, home and auto repairs, and medical procedures.
- Partner with local businesses to develop new customers and grow our business.
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities, and comply with all laws and regulations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred.
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus.
