Consumer Loan Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Sales Specialist to join our team at OneMain Financial. As a Consumer Loan Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and providing financial solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions
- Present financial solutions to customers, including loan options and insurance products
- Work with customers to understand their financial goals and develop plans to achieve them
- Partner with local businesses to identify new customers and develop business relationships
- Stay up-to-date on credit underwriting techniques and sales tools to provide the best possible service to customers
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities and compliance with laws and regulations
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Sales, collections, or customer service experience preferred
- Bilingual - Spanish a plus
