Job Overview

Venture Solar is seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for meeting with homeowners and closing deals by offering the best combination of products and services in the industry.

This is not a lead generation role where you'll engage in cold calling or door-to-door sales. Instead, you'll work with appointment setting teams to schedule qualified appointments and convert them into successful sales.

The solar sales process involves educating customers about the benefits of switching to solar energy. We focus on making sure our customers understand how solar works and where the money comes from to pay for their project, so they feel confident in their decision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales experience is required, with outside sales experience preferred.
  • Solar experience is welcomed, but not necessary.

You'll need to be willing to learn and adapt to our unique sales approach.
