Position Overview

Our security personnel are deployed in diverse environments, including commercial properties, residential areas, construction sites, and retail establishments.

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $17

Qualifications

  • Must possess a Non-Commissioned Security License.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are preferred.
  • Professional demeanor is essential.

Key Responsibilities

The Chief Security Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment by:

  • Conducting regular patrols of the premises to deter criminal activity.
  • Monitoring for safety hazards and reporting any irregularities.
  • Ensuring all entry points are secure and inspecting for potential vulnerabilities.
  • Documenting daily activities and any incidents that occur.
  • Responding promptly to alarms and disturbances.
  • Coordinating with emergency services when necessary.
  • Enforcing company policies and regulations regarding safety and security.
  • Assisting in emergency evacuations as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of experience in security, preferably in Class A office settings.
  • Proficient in using computers and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Physical capability to perform various tasks, including walking, standing for extended periods, and lifting.
  • Must meet all criteria for Level II licensing, including passing a criminal background check.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Certification

Must have an active security registration and successfully complete Level 2 training and examination.
