Descripción del Trabajo:
Como Chief Human Resources Officer, desempeñará un papel crucial en la configuración del futuro de la empresa. Reportando directamente al propietario, supervisará todas las funciones de recursos humanos en las diversas ubicaciones de la empresa.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Liderazgo y Construcción de Equipos:

  • Dirigir y mentorear a los profesionales de recursos humanos.
  • Fomentar un ambiente de trabajo de apoyo.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de recursos humanos alineadas con los objetivos empresariales.

Planificación Estratégica:

  • Desarrollar estrategias de recursos humanos que se alineen con los planes de crecimiento.
  • Identificar prioridades clave de recursos humanos junto con la alta dirección.
  • Implementar planes de bonificación por rendimiento alineados con los objetivos de la empresa.

Conocimiento Empresarial:

  • Traducir iniciativas de recursos humanos en resultados empresariales.
  • Colaborar con las partes interesadas para comprender las necesidades del negocio.
  • Utilizar datos e información para la toma de decisiones.
4.

Excelencia Operativa:

  • Supervisar las operaciones de recursos humanos, incluyendo reclutamiento y cumplimiento.
  • Asegurar políticas de recursos humanos consistentes en todas las ubicaciones.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora de procesos en recursos humanos.

Cultura y Valores:

  • Promover la integridad, el respeto y la responsabilidad.

Calificaciones:

  • Título universitario en Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
  • Más de 10 años de experiencia en recursos humanos, con más de 5 años en liderazgo.

  • Mentalidad estratégica que traduce iniciativas de recursos humanos en resultados empresariales.
