Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dietary Food Manager to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor for Kitchen Staff. As a key member of our dietary department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing dietary programs and activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise staff in the day-to-day operation of the Dietary Department
  • Orient new staff and participate in recruitment and selection of dietary staff
  • Review therapeutic and regular diet plans and menus to ensure compliance with physician's orders
  • Ensure equipment and work areas are clean, safe, and orderly
Requirements
  • Experienced Dietary Food Manager with a current CDM certification
  • 1 year Long Term Care experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong Managerial skills
Work Schedule

Part-Time, Weekend shifts, 8 hours per day
