Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for managing direct reports, developing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of customer service representatives and sales professionals to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow member relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer service and sales, including leadership experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
