Spread Your Wings, LLC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing ongoing support and services to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement plans to ensure the progress and success of clients.
- Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
- Review and manage budgets and business plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Direct supervision of direct care staff who provide direct services to our clients.
- Ensure a culture of top-level quality service delivery and advocate for clients' rights.
- Prepare the branch to be audit-ready at all times.
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community overseeing a workforce of employees in multi-units or cities.
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to drive to other offices or counties and respond to emergencies.
Spread Your Wings, LLC. began in 2015 with one branch office in Morgan Hill, CA, and has since expanded to several offices serving many counties throughout California. We provide Supportive Living Services to our clients in the privacy of their homes.
