As the Director of Preconstruction, you will be responsible for developing and implementing preconstruction strategies that align with our company's vision. You will oversee cost estimation processes, budgeting, and planning, and provide insights to deliver optimal project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement preconstruction strategies aligned with the company's vision
  • Oversee accurate cost estimation processes and provide insights for informed decision-making
  • Foster a collaborative environment and lead a high-performing preconstruction team
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks during the preconstruction phase
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within preconstruction for large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments in the Salt Lake City Metro area
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, cost estimating, and value engineering
  • Professional communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with contractors, vendors, executive leadership, and internal team members at all levels
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
