Area Sales Manager

Nebula Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in a specific geographical area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, trade partners, and business associates in assigned countries, providing on-site support and consultation as needed.
- Sales Strategy: Implement and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including active sales of products and contract negotiations within decision-making authority.
- Territory Development: Identify and acquire new customers and dealers, expanding our market presence and driving business growth.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor country-specific markets, identifying opportunities and risks, and developing strategies to capitalize on emerging trends.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project, product, and sales management teams to drive project management and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Event Participation: Represent Nebula Ventures at conferences, trade fairs, and industry-specific events, fostering relationships and promoting our brand.
- Team Support: Collaborate with other departments to identify and support the development of new products and services, driving business innovation and growth.
- Concept Development: Assist the supervisor in developing concepts for overarching sales activities, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Education: Successfully completed studies in business engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Market Knowledge: Strong knowledge of markets and industries is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Camos.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness are essential for success in this role.
- Communication Skills: Confident demeanor and presentation skills are required to effectively communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Travel: Willingness to travel is necessary to fulfill the demands of this position.
- Language Skills: Excellent English skills are required to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
