About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Person to join our dynamic team at Steelial Contstructions & Metal Fabrication. As a Sales Person, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients in the food service industry, understanding their needs and providing expert advice on food equipment.
  • Identify and Pursue New Sales Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Provide Expert Knowledge and Advice: Offer expert knowledge and advice on food equipment to clients, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, contributing to the growth and success of our business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
Requirements
  • 10+ Years of Experience in Food Equipment Sales: Proven track record of success in food equipment sales, with a deep understanding of the food service industry and food equipment.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and goals, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-Motivated and Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
