We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Pharmacy Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing workflow and productivity measures to achieve performance targets and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with the Pharmacy Director to develop and implement strategies to improve pharmacy operations and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to execute company initiatives, core processes, and quality initiatives to enhance the overall quality of service to our customers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as corporate compliance programs.
• Assist in managing pharmacy personnel issues in conjunction with the Pharmacy Director.
• Work with the Client Services and Sales team to effectively communicate with customers and resolve customer issues.
• Collaborate with pharmacy management to implement daily operational quality and cost containment strategies.
• Monitor purchasing and inventory supply to ensure goals are being met.
Requirements
• High school diploma with a minimum of five years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pharmacy setting experience, preferably in a long-term care setting.
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, team player, and excellent oral communication skills.
