Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plowing snow, operating heavy equipment, and repairing road surfaces.
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Respond to emergency situations such as accidents and inclement weather.
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the smooth operation of our highway maintenance operations.
- At least two years of experience in physical labor and/or heavy equipment operation.
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDL Permit within 30 days of hire.
